La Cucina is honoured to present Chef Tony deLuca as part of our series of esteemed guest chefs, Gli Ospiti in Cucina. Chef deLuca is the owner/chef of the Oban Inn restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and also a respected cookbook author. Originally from Avellino near the southern Italian town of Naples, Tony began his culinary journey as a 12 year old boy rolling gnocchi in his mother’s restaurant. Since then he has worked exclusively at Relais & Chateaux properties in Europe, before coming to Canada to cook in some of Canada’s premier kitchens.
