Il Vaticano/Roma

"Mangiar bene é cosa sacra" - "to eat well is a sacred thing".
Once again, La Cucina takes a spiritual venture to Il Vaticano. Join us on our culinary journey as we pay homage to the unique state within the heart of Rome. We will spend an evening savouring sumptuous dishes preserved in hundreds of years of tradition.
From the sanctity of the Vatican to the history of the Eternal City, discover the flavours of Italy, where taste merges with beauty to delight the palate.
Tonight we pay tribute to Saint Cecilia, honored world wide as the patron saint of music. The musical institution that bears her name, the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, is located in Rome and is one of the oldest musical academies in the world dating back to 1585. Please join us as we celebrate the sublime and sumptuous musical treats from the great masters of the academy, performed by baritone Brandon Leis and special guests.
A perfect way to begin celebrating the holiday season!
